If you have a Knit Wit profile, then you are able to see the link for download, when you navigate to Downloads under My Account. From here, you are able to see all your purchased downloadable knitting patterns.
Downloads are available as soon as the payment is succesful. If you’ve purchased through PayPal the confirmation can take a few minutes to go through. You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as the payment is succesful – in this confirmation email, there’ll also be a download link.
I’ve purchased a digital knitting pattern, but I don’t have a Knit Wit profile.
If you completed the purchase as a guest (without creating a profile), the download link will be in the confirmation email you’ll get when the payment is succesful.
Can I access my downloads from my profile?
Yes! To get your available downloads, go to Downloads under My Account.
As a rule, there’s no limitation to how many times you can download a purchased knitting pattern. In most cases, you can access your downloads from My Account.
If your payment hasn’t gone through, downloads won’t be available.
I have troubles downloading my knitting pattern.
If nothing happens when you click the download link, it might be your browser. Try deactivating non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you have installed, and then try again. Alternatively, try a different browser. We NEVER recommend using Internet Explorer or Edge.
If you get the message that the file is broken, then delete it and try downloading again. If you still can’t open the file, then email us at info @ knitwitcompany.com.
If you can’t open the file on your computer, you might not have the software to open the the PDF file type. You can download Adobe Reader here, which opens PDF files.
